At Leeward Water Services Ltd, we value our customers and strive to ensure satisfaction with our service. Please review our refund policy below to understand how we handle payments and credit allocations.

Overpayments and Payment Errors

  1. Credit for Overpayments: In the event that a customer overpays or makes a payment in error, we will issue a credit to the customer’s account. This credit can be used for future purchases or services with Leeward Water Services Ltd.
  2. No Cash Refunds: We do not issue cash refunds for any overpayments or payment errors. All such amounts will be credited to the customer’s account to be used for future transactions. Exception: Upon the closure of a customer’s account, any existing customer deposits and/or credit balances will be applied to any outstanding balances after which a cash refund will be issued for any remaining credit balance.

Product Return Policy

  1. Non-Refundable Products: Due to the nature of our product being water, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any purchased products.

Credit Allocation

  1. Applying Credits: Any credits issued to a customer’s account due to overpayments or payment errors will be automatically applied to future purchases.
  2. Notification: Customers will be notified via email or their preferred method of contact when a credit has been applied to their account.
